Mr. Soufiani's faslification

Mr. Soufiani's "research"

Mr " Eb Soufiani " ' s account on facebook http://www.facebook.com/eb.soufiani . He spreads the false claim that he had worked together with Mr. Jamali for 8 or 10 years, which is untrue. He invented this claim for selling his first publication called "The Lost Key", in which he seems to write about his cultural perception of his home country Iran.

However, as far as the "cooperation" with Mr. Jamali is concerned: This author doesn't even give any exact citations and exact references to Mr. Jamali's books in his "Lost Key". The only "mentions" within his main narrative text are those you see below. From page 3, 10 and page 1 in chapter 1 ... the paging is a bit confusing in this book.

In the end of his book put a list with some of Mr. Jamali's titles trying to suggest he would refer to them. But these "references" stand absolutely lose and in no clear context.

The worst part of his book is his glossary which simplifies terms that picked up from Mr. Jamali's work.

So this is how Mr. Jamali is referred to in Mr. Soufiani's book:

False claims

Now Mr. Ebrahim Soufiani (who I mentioned in the previous entry about "supposed fans") who Mr. Jamali allowed to hold several interviews with him, claims in a book he recently self-published, that he would have "worked" together with Mr. Manuchehr Jamali, which is factually untrue.

This man: Farshid Akbarian Azar also gives himself other names, like Farshid Pajavand. He is a pro-islamic guy in disguise, he follows various Islamic clerics on one of his Facebook pages: http://www.facebook.com/farshid.akbarianazar?sk=info (accessed 15th Oct 2012).

Interestingly he claims to be a "fan" of Manuchehr Jamali or rather, of his specific research about the Iranian culture of Simorgh and the Goddessess. Mr. Azar has been "working" together in this context with another Iranian man called Ebrahim Soufiani, who himself announced that he plans to publish a book in English that will refer to Mr. Jamali's work.

Mr. Azar has a criminal record for fraud and patient deceit, stemming from the time when he was working as a dentist in the UK. He now seems to be working as a dentist in Spain in Fuengirola, Anadalucia:

Mr. Jamali granted Mr. Azar several visits for interviews, not knowing about the criminal record of Mr. Azar.

Mr. Azar is not a reliable source for anything relating to the work of Mr. Jamali. We wanted our readers to be informed about that.

More biographical misinfo spread again ...

This short article:

contains an awful lot of misinformation. Why do people spread false and weird stories and bios about Mr. Jamali like that?

I am not sure what they are up to, maybe attention seekers or maybe people who simply want to distort biographical facts about Mr. Jamali.

hate mail we received

A person who uses a pseudonym but in reality is known to us, sent me this message:

"Farshid Pajavand You can not just manipulate and delet all my audio files from the site .. You know that. You must change your behaviour . Otherwise you lose all of your fathers friend.. May be that is what you want : to delet all your fathers friends... You need to get in contact with some Pskycotherapeutic to give you treatment. I think you are not more than an idiot .. who try to show that she is something but you are nothing and I doubt if you ever understand a word what your dad wrote. I hope you seek a doctor as soon as you can ."

However we know that it's this person:

"Farshid Azar, a dentist, was ordered to be struck off last month after he was found guilty of claiming thousands of pounds for NHS dental work he never carried out, and for failing to act in the best interests of his patients. This followed a criminal conviction in 2007 on 10 separate counts of obtaining money by deception, which included fraudulently using fake-gold alloys."

Manuchehr Jamali - biography ???

Just heard that someone wants to publish an unauthorized biography about Manuchehr Jamali soon. The problem is the person who writes it, and his friends, aren't even friends or anything to Mr. Jamali. I'm reluctant about trying to sue the people. But however - be warned, something stupid is gonna come up again. Yours, the makers of jamali.info, etc.
